Summary: The Network Engineer / SME will oversee the design, deployment, and support of network infrastructure for corporate real estate projects, including new builds and relocations. This role requires collaboration with global and local teams to ensure effective integration of network components. A minimum of four years of hands-on experience in network implementation within real estate or facilities projects is essential. Key Responsibilities:
- Design, deploy, and support network infrastructure for corporate real estate initiatives.
- Collaborate with global and local facilities teams and project managers on site builds, expansions, and relocations.
- Implement and integrate passive and active network components into physical environments.
- Manage the full project lifecycle including planning, deployment, and operational transition.
- Design physical and logical network layouts based on site plans and MEP diagrams.
Key Skills:

- Deep knowledge of networking fundamentals: routing, switching, subnetting, VLANs, STP, VTP, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP.

- Familiarity with cybersecurity principles including firewalls, VPNs, and secure network design.
- Scripting and automation skills (e.g., Python, Ruby, Perl) for network task automation.
