Summary: Seeking a skilled Network Lead (L3) to provide Tier III support across enterprise data center and security environments. The role involves managing routing, switching, firewall, and load balancing infrastructure, and serving as a technical escalation point. This position is based in Plano, TX and requires on-site presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot complex issues in routing/switching (BGP, OSPF, ISIS, IPv4/IPv6).
  • Configure and manage firewalls (Palo Alto, Check Point).
  • Support wired/wireless platforms (Cisco Nexus, Cisco/Arista Wi-Fi).
  • Manage F5/NetScaler load balancers.
  • Perform IPAM, subnetting, and DNS troubleshooting.
  • Coordinate with service providers for WAN/BGP issues.
  • Guide Tier I/II teams and approve changes. Develop and maintain MoPs.
  • Provide on-call support and documentation.
