  • WSUS & patch management
  • Assist with network troubleshooting (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VLANs)
  • Support VMware, RDP, Citrix environments
  • Deliver device rollouts, upgrades, and enterprise-wide deployments
  • Work within a process-driven, regulated environment

Key Skills:

The Opportunity

We’re supporting a global organisation with a requirement for a hands-on IT Desktop & Network Operations Engineer to join an established onsite support team. This role sits within a highly regulated environment (manufacturing/laboratory setting) and requires someone comfortable working face-to-face with users , supporting business-critical systems and infrastructure. This is a practical, on-the-tools role — ideal for someone who enjoys being onsite, solving issues directly, and supporting a live operational environment.
