Key Responsibilities:
- Network Administration and support of the Wider Network environment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues in the Network IT Landscape.
- Create system technical documentation for existing and new builds/configuration.
- Build and configure Network components (physical and logical) according to approved design.
- Gather requirements from customers and coordinate with vendors like cabling and ISP.
Key Skills:
- Experience with Network refresh/upgrade projects.
- Knowledge of Firewall & Security Technologies (Pulse Secure SSL VPN, Cisco ASA VPN, Checkpoint, Palo Alto, VMware NSX).
- Working knowledge of authentication systems such as SAML, SSO, LDAP, and MS Active Directory.
- Deep understanding of IPSEC, GRE, HTTP/HTTPS, DNS protocols.
- Experience with Proxy and SSL.
- Understanding of cybersecurity technologies, protocols, and applications.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Visio.
- Troubleshooting skills for Cisco Environment (Nexus Switches, Cisco Enterprise routers, and LAN switches).
- Knowledge of Firewalls, particularly Cisco ASA.
- Knowledge of BIGIP F5 Load-Balancers.
- Knowledge of Wireless technology (WLCs, autonomous and lightweight APs).
- Perform network modelling, analysis, and planning.
