Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a senior technical point of reference for all security-related projects.
- Manage changes or modifications to firewall rule bases.
- Interface with vendor support for all incidents related to the security infrastructure.
- Design customer networks, including support for high-level and low-level designs.
- Provide technical support and change management for physical and remote changes.
- Manage customer inventory, including hardware and software, and end-of-life (EOL) considerations.
Key Skills:
- Experience with Checkpoint, Juniper, Bluecoat, F5.
- Knowledge of Cisco networking solutions, including major switching families.
- Understanding of wireless technologies and Cisco IPT/QoS/802.1x.
- Familiarity with Inflobox DNS and VPN technologies (IPsec, SSL VPN, DMVPN).
- Knowledge of wide area network technologies and routing protocols.
