About Job Opportunity: Network Engineer (Smart Hands) - Contract Role

Location: Stirling, Scotland

Rate: £negotiable dependent on experience

TXP is currently recruiting for an experienced Network Engineer (Smart Hands) to support a critical on-site installation project for one of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install a Sophos firewall and 2 x Sophos switches into a rack
  • Patch WAN/LAN connections and liaise with a remote Argon engineer to test internet connectivity
  • Patch switches and patch panels as directed
  • Test and verify staff and guest Wi-Fi functionality
  • Ensure VOIP phones are operational
