Key Responsibilities:

Key Skills:
- Active and valid Security Clearance (essential)
- CCNA certification (required)
- Proven experience in a Network Operations Centre or similar technical support environment
- Strong understanding of routing, switching, and network monitoring tools
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- A military background or experience working within defence, government, or secure environments is highly welcomed
