Key Responsibilities:

  • Hands-on skills in Paloalto Firewalls, SD-WAN (Silverpeak), and Aruba & Ruckus wireless infrastructure.
  • Participate in war rooms for critical site issues.
  • Create and maintain run books and SOPs for operational needs.
  • Handle all L2/L3 problem tickets and manage network structure of regional sites.
  • Fault-finding, analysis, and logging of performance exceptions.
  • Provide input on improving network stability, security, efficiency, and scalability.
  • Fine-tune and configure various network infrastructure.
  • Maintain access control and data integrity.
  • Physically visit sites to troubleshoot issues and coordinate with offshore teams.
  • Participate in a 24/7 global coverage plan, including weekend on-call and holiday coverage.
  • Diagnose complex network problems and maintain network stability by upgrading infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with Network and Security Architects, Server and Platform Engineers, and Data Center Operations.
  • Maintain switch, router, and other hardware support.

Key Skills:

  • Hands-on experience with Paloalto Firewalls.
  • Experience with SD-WAN technologies, specifically Silverpeak.
  • Knowledge of Aruba and Ruckus wireless infrastructure.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to create operational documentation and SOPs.
  • Experience in managing L2/L3 network issues.
  • Understanding of network performance monitoring and fault analysis.
