The Role
Utilise VMware vRealize Network Insight (vRNI) for comprehensive network traffic analysis, application dependency mapping, and communication flow understanding.
Generate in-depth network traffic reports crucial for migration planning, application discovery, and dependency mapping.
Pinpoint network connectivity patterns, potential migration risks, and opportunities for network optimisation.
Collaborate closely with network, infrastructure, and application teams to facilitate migration planning and validate application dependencies.
Offer technical recommendations derived from vRNI analysis to mitigate migration risks and minimise business disruption.
Document all findings, create technical reports, and maintain project-related artefacts throughout the project lifecycle.
What You'll Need
Essential hands-on experience with VMware vRealize Network Insight (vRNI).
Prior experience as a Network Engineer, Cloud Consultant, Platform Engineer, or a similar role.
Robust understanding of network traffic analysis, application dependency mapping, and enterprise networking principles.
Experience in supporting large-scale data centre, infrastructure, or cloud migration programmes.
Familiarity with VMware technologies and virtualised networking environments.
