• Enhance troubleshooting efficiency between Service Desk and Senior Engineers.

• Support Network Access Control (NAC) solutions for visibility and policy enforcement.
• Implement scripting and Infrastructure as Code (IAC) using tools like Ansible and Terraform.

• Manage cloud security solutions in AWS and GCP environments.

Key Skills:

• Fortinet experience with deep OS knowledge and factory resetting equipment.
