Summary: The Network Engineer role involves providing hands-on support and project experience in a Microsoft domain environment, focusing on day-to-day operations and infrastructure initiatives. The position is based in West London and is offered as an initial 6-month contract. The ideal candidate will have strong 1st/2nd line support skills and experience with various networking technologies. Immediate involvement in live support and project work is expected.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proven experience in IT support and project environments at 1st line level
- Strong experience supporting Windows 11 within a Microsoft domain environment
- Hands-on experience deploying, troubleshooting, and maintaining hardware using SCCM, GPO, and AutoPilot
- Solid networking and network troubleshooting skills across LAN, WAN, WiFi, and VPN
- Experience supporting Microsoft server operating systems and associated technologies
- Good understanding of cyber security principles, data protection, and risk awareness
- Experience with MDM tools such as Intune and JamF
Key Skills:
