Key Responsibilities:
- Implement Cisco-based SD-WAN solutions across numerous sites
- Configure and deploy SD-WAN edge devices, circuits, and network infrastructure components
- Support migration from legacy WAN providers into a consolidated managed service environment
- Work to deliver against HLD/LLD designs during the implementation phase
- Take ownership of configurations, changes, and fixes within a co-managed model
- Perform advanced network troubleshooting across WAN/LAN environments
- Support cutovers, site migrations, and circuit activations in line with project timelines
Key Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience as a Network Engineer working with Cisco technologies (routers, switches, firewalls, access points)
- Demonstrable experience implementing Cisco SD-WAN/Viptela solutions
- Solid understanding of WAN technologies, routing protocols (e.g., BGP, OSPF), VPNs, and MPLS environments
- Familiarity working in co-managed/MSP environments, collaborating with third-party providers
- Ability to work autonomously and hit the ground running
- Strong troubleshooting capability across complex, multi-site network environments
