Summary: The role of Network & Services Operations Representatives involves supporting critical client infrastructure across multiple UK sites, specifically in Newport, Stevenage, and Portsmouth. We are currently looking for 3 experienced Network & Services Operations Representatives to support critical client infrastructure across multiple UK sites. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on enterprise-level environments with a strong focus on network operations and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and maintain network infrastructure , including:
- Local Area Networks (LAN): access switches, wireless access points, controllers, cabling
- Wide Area Networks (WAN): core routers, firewalls, third-party links
- Manage and support network services , including:
- Cisco telephony systems
- Skype for Business devices
- Video conferencing units
- Ensure all activities align with client policies, standards, and security requirements
Requirements:
- Proven experience in network operations/support roles
- Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN environments
- Experience with Cisco technologies and collaboration tools
- Active Security Clearance (mandatory)
- Ability to work onsite full-time at one of the listed locations
