Summary: The Network Engineer role is a 6-month contract position based in Coventry, requiring expertise in managing decommissioning projects and implementing new systems. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Cisco ACI decommissioning and the implementation of the new Palo Alto system – on prem and cloud
- Configure and implement F5 Load Balancing solutions
- Assist with the deployment of new services and follow process documentation
- Track services and change requests in ServiceNow and Jira
- Contribute to the decommissioning and migration of services and projects
- Collaborate with the network team and portfolio team in a SAFe Agile environment
Key Skills:
- CCNP level certification or equivalent experience
- Strong understanding of network technologies, including Cisco, Palo Alto, and F5
- Palo Alto Panorama and Prisma
- F5 BigIP load balancing devices
- F5 WAF administration
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and change controls
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

My client is seeking a talented professional to join their dynamic team. As the Network Engineer, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's decommissioning project and implementing/Configuration of new systems. You will be involved in but not limited to:
