Summary: The Network Engineer role involves working on-site in London or Cheltenham, focusing on designing and configuring network infrastructure for various IT projects. Key Responsibilities:

• Determine network infrastructure requirements for projects and ensure alignment with network design.
• Provide guidance on project feasibility and liaise with architectural teams for requirements outside the network design.
• Contribute to network infrastructure roadmaps to maintain up-to-date and supportable systems.
• Configure network infrastructure to meet project specifications.
• Produce HLD, LLD, and other support documentation for network infrastructure, including knowledge transfer sessions.
• Collaborate with other engineering teams to deliver infrastructure roadmaps.

Key Skills:

• DV clearance.
• CCNP certification or above.
• Experience with Cisco Nexus 7000, 5000, 2000 series.
• Proficiency in Cisco routing and switching technologies.
• Familiarity with Cisco ASR 1000 routers, Cisco ISR routers, and Cisco Campus LAN switches (3850, 6500, 6800).
• Knowledge of Cisco ASA and Fortinet firewalls.
• Experience with FS Load balancers and Infoblox appliances for DNS/DHCP.
• Management tools knowledge including Cisco LMS, CiscoWorks, Netflow, and Wireshark.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
