Summary: The Network Engineer role is a 9-month contract position focused on implementing network changes and providing support across two sites in the Birmingham area. Candidates should have knowledge of Cisco technologies at a CCNA level, with responsibilities including addressing IP clashes, Wi-Fi network adjustments, and assisting local users with network issues. A full UK driving license and experience in network engineering are essential for consideration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implementing changes to IP clashes and Wi-Fi networks
• Travelling to sites to ensure changes are made in line with objectives
• Working on tasks set by Project Managers
• Supporting local users with issues/outages and changes
• Performing any other tasks required by the project team

Key Skills:

• Full UK Driving License and access to your own vehicle
• Experience as a Network Engineer, ideally possessing CCNA
• Experience of ITIL best practices
• Knowledge of Cisco equipment, LAN and WAN configuration, and general network support
