Key Responsibilities:
- Administration, monitoring and support of enterprise network infrastructure
- Support of a wider network environment operating at high availability
- Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve network and connectivity issues across the IT landscape
- Produce and maintain technical documentation for existing environments and new network builds or configurations
- Gather technical and business requirements directly from internal and external customers
- Coordinate with third party vendors including cabling partners, ISPs and hardware suppliers
- Support network changes, upgrades and incident resolution in line with agreed processes
