Network Engineer

We're looking for an experienced Network Engineer to support network infrastructure and migration activity across a large technical environment.
You'll be working across network design, implementation and migration, with a particular focus on Meraki, Cisco Nexus and Palo Alto technologies. The role is primarily onsite in Birmingham and will also involve international travel as required.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the design, implementation and migration of network infrastructure
- Work across LAN, WAN and Wi-Fi environments
- Configure and support Cisco Nexus switching infrastructure
- Work with Cisco Meraki networking and wireless solutions
- Support Palo Alto firewalls and network security infrastructure
- Troubleshoot network issues and provide technical resolution
- Produce and maintain network documentation and technical designs
- Support network migration and implementation projects
- Work with wider infrastructure and technical teams to deliver changes safely
- Travel internationally to support network deployments and project activity
Key Skills & Experience
- Strong commercial experience as a Network Engineer/Network Infrastructure Engineer
- Hands-on experience with Cisco Nexus
- Strong Cisco Meraki experience
- Experience with Palo Alto firewalls
- Strong understanding of LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi
- Experience delivering network migrations, implementations or deployments
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in complex enterprise environments
- Willing and able to undertake international travel
