Key Responsibilities
- Configure and support Cisco routers & switches based on network design documents
- Onboard devices onto network management platforms
- Rack and stack network devices in Data Centres
- Support network implementation and project delivery
- Work with Cisco LAN & Wireless LAN, switching and IP addressing
- Build strong customer relationships and provide technical support
Must Have
- Strong Cisco networking experience
- Cisco routers & switches – Nexus, ISR, ASR, 3850 etc.
- Managed data-networking environment experience
- Active & Transferrable SC Clearance
- Willingness to travel 20–30%
- Availability for out-of-hours standby support
