Summary: The Senior Network Engineer role at Agilisys involves ensuring the stability and efficient operation of clients' ICT environments, focusing on the implementation and support of LAN, WAN, WLAN, and telephony systems. The position requires strong technical expertise in network security and infrastructure, along with excellent stakeholder management skills. This role offers a unique opportunity for experienced professionals to contribute significantly to the ICT Development Strategy. Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementation, development, maintenance, and support of LAN, WAN, and WLAN networks.
  • Implementation, development, maintenance, and support of internet-based telephony (Cloud) and SIP.
  • Implementation, development, maintenance, and support of network and perimeter security.
  • Providing voice and data-specific advice, project, and consultancy.
  • Delivering services in accordance with performance requirements and KPIs/SLAs.
  • Managing customer expectations and providing appropriate responses to incidents and service requests.
  • Ensuring system administration and status monitoring processes are maintained.

Key Skills:

  • Strong experience with Cisco and Juniper switching and routing, including BGP, EIGRP, HSRP, OSPF.
  • VPN and SSL VPN configuration, including Cisco VPN and 2FA.
  • Cloud computing networking and administration experience with AZURE and AWS (desired).
  • WIFI management experience with Aruba (ClearPass) and Cisco (ICE).
  • Firewalling experience with Checkpoint, Cisco (ASA), Juniper, McAfee, Palo Alto, and Fortinet.
  • Network monitoring, troubleshooting, and diagnostics skills.
  • Experience with 8X8 Cloud Telephony and MITEL (desired).
  • CCNA, CCNP, AZURE AZ-700, and AZ-900 certifications (desired).
