Summary: The Network Analyst role in Warwick involves managing third-party services and ensuring the resilience and security of critical national infrastructure (CNI) networks. The position requires collaboration with various stakeholders to maintain operational control and compliance with regulations. The analyst will also participate in incident management and support projects that enhance network capabilities. A strong background in network implementation and management is essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage resources and third-party service providers for operational management of CNI SCADA and networks.
- Ensure changes to networks do not affect safe operational control.
- Collaborate with Audit, Security, and government organizations for compliance with policies and standards.
- Participate in out-of-hours incident management and lead root cause analysis investigations.
- Oversee annual budget and ensure disaster recovery plans are in place and tested.
- Support projects delivering new capabilities into CNI Networks, including requirements capture and service transition.
Key Skills:
- Experience in network implementation and management.
- Ability to manage outsourced services and set operational standards.
- Strong knowledge of network, telemetry, and SCADA infrastructure.
- Understanding of security and external regulations impacting operational networks.
- Experience in managing critical major incidents out of hours.
- Certifications: CCNP minimum, CCIA preferred.
