Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and document complex network and telephony solutions for enterprise-scale projects.
  • Translate business requirements into secure, scalable, and cost-effective network architectures.
  • Oversee installation and commissioning of Cisco infrastructure (switches, routers, firewalls, and voice systems).
  • Act as the senior escalation point for complex network issues.
  • Work closely with engineers and stakeholders to ensure designs are implemented successfully.
  • Support deployments and respond to critical incidents.

Key Skills:

  • Extensive Cisco experience (switching, routing, firewalls – ASA, ISE, VPN).
  • Knowledge of MPLS, OSPF, BGP, VRRP, VLAN, Multicast, and QoS.
  • Hands-on experience with Cisco Call Manager v15 (SIP trunks, routing patterns, hunt groups, CUBE configuration).
  • Proven ability to produce high- and low-level designs and lead implementation teams.
  • CCNP certification essential (CCNA Collaboration desirable).
  • Experience in multi-site network design for large, complex environments.
