Network Architect

Summary: The Network Architect role is a contract position focused on the design and deployment of SD-WAN solutions, ensuring robust security and improved application performance. The candidate will be responsible for configuring Fortinet firewalls and troubleshooting network issues. This position requires a strong background in network solutions and security features. The role is based in London and is classified as outside IR35.

Key Responsibilities:

• High and low level design & deployment of SD-WAN solutions
• Ensure robust security of the SD-WAN design, leveraging Fortinet's security features
• Utilise SD-WAN capabilities to route traffic across multiple connection types (MPLS, broadband, LTE) for improved application performance and reliability
• Configuring and managing FortiGate firewalls, FortiManager, and FortiAnalyzer
• Troubleshooting and resolving network and security issues
