Key Responsibilities:
- Support a large-scale tech refresh project, primarily involving Cisco firewalls and Enterprise Catapans
- Update existing design documentation to reflect the integration of new networking devices
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver implementation and migration activities
- Ensure smooth handover of refreshed components to the BAU (Business as Usual) support teams
- Provide regular progress updates and technical input to the project manager
- Contribute to planning and adapting project deliverables in response to any scope or technical changes
Key Skills:
