Network Administrator DV CLEARED

Summary: The Network Administrator role requires a DV cleared professional to manage and optimize a global network infrastructure in a high-pressure environment. The position involves monitoring network performance, processing service requests, and providing technical support to various stakeholders. Candidates should have experience with Juniper devices and a solid understanding of ITIL processes. Key Responsibilities:

• Monitoring and reporting on network elements to ensure performance and stability.
• Processing customer service requests and deploying configurations for new services.
• Liaising with service management teams and customer stakeholders to deliver network solutions.
• Providing technical support to Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and end-user groups.
• Maintaining accurate network documentation, including network diagrams and configurations.
• Supporting annual Crypto Key Fill and updating the CMDB.
• Providing out-of-hours on-call technical support on a rotational basis (1 week in 4).

Key Skills:

• Experience with Juniper network devices and Juniper firewalls (Will consider Cisco too).
• A solid understanding of ITIL processes, including Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
• Experience with encryption technologies to ensure secure communications.
