Summary: This role is focused on leading Finance systems transformation projects, specifically involving general ledger system replacements. The candidate must possess extensive experience in Finance functions within medium to large organizations and have a deep understanding of Finance processes and reporting requirements. The position requires hands-on experience in implementing end-to-end Finance systems and guiding teams through transformational changes. The role is based in Swindon and offers a competitive daily rate outside of IR35 regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Finance systems transformation projects, particularly general ledger system replacements.
- Implement end-to-end Finance systems, data, and MI solutions.
- Guide Finance teams through major transformational changes.
- Utilize deep functional Finance expertise in ledger, reporting, FP&A, controls, and AP/AR.
- Understand and improve Finance function processes in practice.
