Key Responsibilities:
- Build web-based software applications for Labman's robotic automation platforms and internal systems.
- Develop software that meets high-quality coding standards, conduct code reviews, and contribute to system architecture and design decisions.
- Participate in planning and organizing tasks within management frameworks, while supporting and enhancing existing software systems.
- Foster professional growth through knowledge sharing and mentorship, provide effective support to internal and external users, and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team environment.
- Uphold and embody Labman's core values and behaviours in all aspects of work.
Key Skills:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in developing web applications using Microsoft .NET Core / .NET 6.
- Proficient in C# with strong development skills.
- Solid understanding of software development principles, including separation of concerns and object-oriented programming.
- Database development expertise, including experience with MySQL.
- Strong English communication skills, with the ability to produce clear documentation.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, JQuery and Vue.js, with experience in MongoDB or other document/timeseries databases (desirable).
- Familiarity with Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, and Linux for containerized application management (desirable).
- Experience with MVC Razor and/or Razor Pages for web development (desirable).
- Strong UI/UX design skills with a focus on creating user-friendly interfaces (desirable).
- Experience using source control systems (SVN / Git) and working with CI/CD pipelines for streamlined development workflows (desirable).
