Key Responsibilities:
- Lead development of applications using MS Azure services.
- Oversee source code management within Git.
- Define and optimise CI/CD pipelines within Azure DevOps.
- Guide developers in using GitHub Copilot for AI-assisted coding.
- Champion cloud-native design principles and modern .NET practices.
- Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards.
- Collaborate with architects, testers, and Product Owners to align requirements.
- Mentor senior and mid-level engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence.
- Ensure documentation is maintained in Microsoft SharePoint/Wiki/Git as needed.
- Drive DevSecOps best practices, automated testing, and deployment strategies.
