Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and proactive .NET Developer with solid experience in .NET 6+ and Razor syntax to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of SQL Server, Entity Framework, and ideally experience working with GraphQL and Microsoft Power Platform Dataverse for data extraction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications using .NET 6+ and Razor Pages.
• Write and optimize complex SQL Server queries to support application features.
• Integrate with Entity Framework for database interactions while ensuring efficiency.
• (Ideally) Develop and maintain APIs using GraphQL.
• (Ideally) Extract and manipulate data from Microsoft Power Platform Dataverse.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement practices.

Key Requirements:

• Strong experience with .NET 6+ and Razor syntax for building web UIs.
• Solid understanding of SQL Server, including advanced querying and performance tuning.
• Hands-on experience with Entity Framework (EF Core preferred).
• Practical experience in creating and running efficient SQL queries outside of EF.
• (Preferred) Experience with GraphQL APIs and schema design.
• (Preferred) Familiarity with Power Platform Dataverse for data extraction and integration.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

This role at Amber Labs is a 3 Month salary based FTC or Contract position, and all employees are required to meet BPSS Clearance . Please be advised that, at this time, we are unable to consider candidates who require sponsorship or hold a visa of any type.

What Happens Next? Our Talent Acquisition Team will be in touch to advise you on the next steps. We have a two-stage interview process for most of our consultants.
