Summary: The role is for a .NET Developer on a 6-month contract with a London-based digital agency, focusing on a greenfield web project for a prominent media client. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain applications using C# and .NET Core.
- Implement TSQL/Entity code first and CQRS patterns.
- Provide an API layer to front-end teams using React or similar frameworks.
- Utilize migrations and adhere to security best practices.
- Collaborate with a cross-functional in-house team in a fast-paced environment.
Key Skills:
- Proficiency in C# and .NET Core (versions 8/9/10).
- Experience with TSQL/Entity code first and CQRS pattern.
- Familiarity with migrations and security best practices.
- Experience providing API layers to front-end teams using modern frameworks.
- Agency or consultancy experience.
- Bonus: Experience with IIS/WS configuration, Azure, front-end integration, Swagger/codegen, Typescript, and Astro/SSG integration.

.NET Developer 6 Month Contract - around £400 per day Outside IR35 - London based client TDL are looking for a contract .NET Developer to join a globally recognised digital agency on a 6-month contract, working on a greenfield web project for a big well known media end client (you probably use or have used their products). Like most digital agencies this is a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment, working alongside a talented cross functional in-house team.
Must haves
- C# dotnet core 8/9/10
- TSQL/Entity code first
- CQRS pattern
- Comfortable using Migrations
- Knowledge of security best practices
- Experience providing an API layer to Front End teams using React or similar modern frameworks
- Agency/consultancy side experience
Bonus
- Experience with IIS/WS configuration
- Experience with Azure
- Experience on FE integration/Swagger/codegen
- Typescript experience
- Experience on Astro/SSG integration
Ideally you'll be comfortable working hybrid London alongside the in-house team for maximum collaboration and problem solving against some tight deadlines. This client are targeting engineers that have prior experience working in digital agency or end client delivery/consultancy type environments.
