Exciting opportunity for a .Net C# Software Engineer with a background in trading environments to join this global Commodities Trading Company. This is an exciting time to join this market leading company as part of a new trading project offering opportunity for rolling extensions and possible transition to permanent.
Key Requirements
- Must have Strong .net core/C# experience
- Must have Strong SQL Server
- Must be Comfortable working in a fast-moving demand driven trading environment
- Ideally, you will have worked with modelling of commodities, ideally energy (power, gas, environmental products)
- Hands-on experience with Azure is desirable although open to other Cloud based hosting technologies
This needs combining with a positive attitude and an ability to work within a large, globally dispersed project team in a multi-cultural environment. You also need to be a self-starter, a logical thinker and a quick learner, with strong initiative and excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills, able to write clearly and concisely.
