Summary: This role is a 12-month secondment for a Neighbourhood Project Manager within the Place systems change team, focusing on the Neighbourhoods Programme. The position involves collaboration with various system partners to enhance multi-agency working and develop integrated neighbourhood teams. Key responsibilities include managing communications, assessing infrastructure needs, and leading project evaluations. The role is integral to driving forward health and social care initiatives in the City and Hackney area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the City and Hackney Place Based Partnership by developing infrastructure plans for Neighbourhoods multi-agency working.
• Work closely with Neighbourhood Leadership Groups to address local needs.
• Lead day-to-day communications related to the Neighbourhoods Programme.
• Present developing plans at system Boards and forums.
• Research best practices for Neighbourhood hubs and integrated spaces.
• Collaborate with system enablers on Estates and ICT development.
• Support pilots and collate learning from cross-sector collaborations.

Key Skills:
