Summary: The Neighbourhood Assistant role involves serving as the primary contact for housing-related inquiries within a housing association in Merseyside. Key Responsibilities:
- Be the first point of contact for any housing related queries
- Support the delivery of housing and compliance services, including building and estates maintenance
- Provide additional support to tenants when required to help sustain tenancies
- Conduct health and safety checks and risk assessments
Key Skills:
- Experience of working within social housing
- Good understanding of rent processes
- Able to deal with difficult customer queries/complaints and diffuse situations
- Excellent communication skills
