We are actively seeking an accredited NEC4 Project Manager to work for an organisation based in Nottinghamshire 

  

Position:          NEC4 Project Manager

Location:         Nottinghamshire

Day rate:          400 550 outside IR35

Duration:         3 months+

  

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage NEC4 Option A contract and negotiate compensation events


• Work with Principal Contractor and Designer to comply with NEC4 contract


• Risk reduction meetings ensuring actions are implemented


• Implement lessons learnt in future work to progress project to completion


• Report to client on progress, changes to scope, early warnings and risk, compensation events, lessons learnt, programme, health and safety, defects and budget


• Review Scope and project evidence to negotiate compensation events in a contractually compliant and pragmatic way with close engagement with the client

  

The Contract:

• Borehole drilling and geotechnical aspects


• Drilling around 30 x 240m deep ground source heat boreholes


• Associated topside M+E works in two buildings


• Complex borehole drilling with significant risk and delay
