What you'll be doing
- Lead demand forecasting and order planning with cross-functional teams to prevent stockouts and overstocking, balancing cost and responsiveness.
- Design and maintain stock management systems, ERP processes, and KPI dashboards for end-to-end visibility.
- Own inventory costs, optimise working capital, and advise on cost reduction strategies.
- Conduct regular inventory audits, ensure compliance, and manage the annual stock take.
- Build and lead a high-performing inventory team, managing stock decisions across multiple sites and subcontractors.
- Develop inventory dashboards, KPI reports, and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Manage vendor relationships and monitor bulk stock orders to minimise obsolescence and maintain accurate records.
What you'll bring
- Extensive experience managing multi-site inventory in a global or complex organisation.
- Strong expertise with ERP, SAP, or MRP systems.
- Deep understanding of stock control and inventory optimisation.
