Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and implement Murex market risk modules including MRA and MRB for stress testing and VaR analysis.

Job Description :

Murex skills required

  • Good background on capital markets – FX, FX Option, Commodities, Equities
  • Understanding of trading life cycle.
  • Knowledge on investment banking processes
  • Expertise in Trade/Order Booking
  • Expertise in Position Monitoring including the design and implementation of customized simulation views
  • Expertise in other modules such as PL Explain (Risk Based PL to explain key rate movements, etc.)
  • Expertise in market risk modules including MRA and MRB to perform custom stress testing and VaR analysis.

Technical skills required

Must Have

  • At least 10 + years of experience in Techno-functional role
  • Operating System: Linux
  • Conversant with trouble shooting for technical issues, Support SLA's etc.
  • Excellent Communication skills and ability to multitask in a high-pressure Trading environment
  • Understanding of Unix Shell Scripts and Sybase.
  • Good understanding of technology from the perspective of products implementation, systems integration and data migration.
  • Strong SQL skills
  • Strong Experience with Job scheduling tools such as UC4/Autosys etc.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel and its functions.

Preferable but not mandatory.

  • Expertise in requirement analysis and management, SDLC lifecycle knowledge, change management, Product management including version, configuration management, etc.

Non-Technical skills required

  • Strong understanding of ITIL Processes.
