Summary: The Murex Delivery Manager will lead a multi-disciplinary team during a strategic transformation of the Murex support and delivery organization within the banking sector. This role involves overseeing Murex training programs, skills assessments, and workforce planning while ensuring effective communication with stakeholders. The position requires a deep understanding of Murex (MX.3) and strong leadership capabilities. The contract is for 4 to 5 months and is classified as inside IR35 with hybrid working arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate a blended team of client personnel and Murex consultants.
  • Oversee the execution of Murex training plans tailored to various functional and technical roles.
  • Manage the rollout of Murex skills assessments to benchmark team capabilities across modules.
  • Evaluate the current delivery team structure and skill sets in relation to operational demands.
  • Develop and present a strategic plan to reshape the team for optimal performance and scalability.
  • Design a scalable roadmap for team expansion, including resource ramp-up, onboarding, and training.
  • Engage proactively with client stakeholders to communicate progress, risks, and strategic recommendations.
  • Produce executive-level dashboards, reports, and presentations to ensure transparency and governance.

Key Skills:

  • Deep functional and/or technical knowledge of Murex (MX.3); experience with multiple modules preferred.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in dynamic, high-pressure environments.
  • Skilled in workforce analytics, training effectiveness measurement, and capability modelling.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong stakeholder management and presentation abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management and reporting tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Power BI, MS Project).
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience in Murex training program design or delivery.
  • Prior consulting or systems integrator background.
  • Familiarity with service delivery models (ITIL, Agile, DevOps).
  • Certification in Murex, PMP, or other relevant credentials is a plus.
