Key Responsibilities:
- Carrying out PPM and reactive maintenance across a range of modern automated, pneumatic and electro-mechanical machinery
- Using a root-cause analysis approach to drive long-term reliability and reduce downtime
- Taking ownership of electrical fault-finding, diagnostics and corrective actions
- Managing and maintaining critical spares and parts inventory
- Working with a high degree of autonomy, while supporting and mentoring junior engineers
- Contributing to continuous improvement across engineering and production
Key Skills:
- Time-served Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer with strong electrical competence
- Confident with electrical fault-finding on automated systems
- Good understanding of pneumatics and hydraulics
- NVQ Level 3 minimum in Engineering (HNC / NVQ Level 4 desirable)
- Basic PLC fault-finding experience (advantageous)
- FMCG or high-volume manufacturing background (highly desirable)
