Summary: The Multi Trader role involves working on a Social Housing contract in South Birmingham, focusing on kitchen and bathroom remodernisation. We are currently recruiting for experienced Multi Traders for a Social Housing contract (occupied) in the South Birmingham area (outside clean air zone). Ideally you will be a qualified trades person that can turn their hand to most building trades, with the scope of works undertaking kitchen and bathroom remodernisation. Previous experience in this sector is desirable.
Ideally you will have experience in the following trades:
- Carpentry & Joinery
- Plumbing
- Plaster Patching
- Tiling
- Painting & Decorating
- Flooring
Ideally you will have your own van and tools (all materials supplied) a valid CSCS and be willing to undertake a DBS if required.
