Hobson Prior is seeking an MSAT Process Engineer to join a dynamic team. The successful candidate will focus on improving and monitoring protein purification processes at a biopharmaceutical manufacturing site. This role will involve identifying process improvements, supporting existing production processes, and ensuring data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities:

• Identify ways to improve production processes to increase efficiency and reliability.
• Monitor and analyse production data to support and safeguard current processes.
• Create scientific and technical reports to support significant changes and assess product impact.
• Collaborate with other departments to discuss and implement process improvements.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Advanced degree in Engineering or Life Sciences.
• Proficiency in English.
• Strong technical knowledge of large-scale biotech manufacturing equipment.
• Experience with protein purification processes.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with statistical and data trending techniques.
• Experience with digital process monitoring systems and handling large data sets.
