Summary: The role of a Power Platform Engineer focuses on designing, developing, and implementing automation solutions specifically within the insurance industry using Microsoft Power Platform technologies. The candidate will act as a technical expert in Power Automate and related tools, managing stakeholder relationships and driving digital transformation initiatives. This position requires a blend of technical development, solution architecture, and stakeholder management skills. The successful candidate will also provide ongoing support and training to users and citizen developers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop complex automation workflows using Power Automate.
- Build custom applications using Power Apps to meet specific business requirements.
- Create comprehensive data visualizations and reports using Power BI.
- Implement Dataverse solutions for data management and integration.
- Develop and maintain connectors for third-party system integrations.
- Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities.
- Design end-to-end Power Platform solutions aligned with enterprise architecture.
- Create technical documentation, solution blueprints, and deployment guides.
- Establish best practices and governance frameworks for Power Platform implementations.
- Partner closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions with cross-functional teams.
- Present technical concepts and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Manage project timelines and deliverables while maintaining clear communication with all parties.
