Summary: The role of MS Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Expert/Project Manager involves leading enterprise-scale ERP transformation projects with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O implementations. The successful candidate will manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders, ensuring the delivery of complex ERP programs while adhering to project management methodologies. This position requires a hands-on leader with extensive experience in ERP solutions and strong communication skills. The contract is for 6 months with a hybrid working arrangement based in the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O implementation projects
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and resources
- Work closely with business stakeholders to define requirements and translate them into scalable ERP solutions
- Coordinate internal teams, implementation partners, and external vendors
- Drive project governance, reporting, and steering committee engagement
- Ensure successful delivery across finance, operations, supply chain, procurement, and related business functions
- Oversee solution design, testing, data migration, integration, training, and go-live activities
- Support change management and business adoption initiatives
- Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and best practices
- Identify and mitigate project risks and dependencies
- Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement recommendations
Key Skills:
- Minimum 9 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics ERP solutions
- Proven experience delivering at least 2 full life cycle Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O implementations
- Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations modules and architecture
- Demonstrated experience managing large-scale ERP transformation programmes
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience working within complex enterprise environments
- Excellent project planning, governance, and risk management capabilities
- Ability to manage both business and technical teams effectively
- Strong understanding of Agile and/or Waterfall delivery methodologies
- Experience with system integrations, data migration, and testing strategies
- Excellent documentation and reporting skills

We are seeking an experienced MS Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Expert/Project Manager to lead and deliver enterprise-scale ERP transformation projects. The successful candidate will have deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O implementations, strong stakeholder management capabilities, and a proven track record of successfully delivering complex ERP programmes.
This role requires a hands-on project leader with both functional and delivery expertise, capable of managing cross-functional teams, third-party vendors, business stakeholders, and technical workstreams across the full project life cycle.
