Summary: The role of MS Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Expert/Project Manager involves leading enterprise-scale ERP transformation projects with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O implementations. The successful candidate will manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders, ensuring the delivery of complex ERP programs while adhering to project management methodologies. This position requires a hands-on leader with extensive experience in ERP solutions and strong communication skills. The contract is for 6 months with a hybrid working arrangement based in the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O implementation projects
  • Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and resources
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to define requirements and translate them into scalable ERP solutions
  • Coordinate internal teams, implementation partners, and external vendors
  • Drive project governance, reporting, and steering committee engagement
  • Ensure successful delivery across finance, operations, supply chain, procurement, and related business functions
  • Oversee solution design, testing, data migration, integration, training, and go-live activities
  • Support change management and business adoption initiatives
  • Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and best practices
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and dependencies

Key Skills:

  • Minimum 9 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics ERP solutions

We are seeking an experienced MS Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Expert/Project Manager to lead and deliver enterprise-scale ERP transformation projects. The successful candidate will have deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O implementations, strong stakeholder management capabilities, and a proven track record of successfully delivering complex ERP programmes.

This role requires a hands-on project leader with both functional and delivery expertise, capable of managing cross-functional teams, third-party vendors, business stakeholders, and technical workstreams across the full project life cycle.
