MRI Horizon Consultant

Robert Half has partnered with a growing organisation based in Central London that is seeking an experienced MRI Horizon Consultant. This role sits at the intersection of technology and finance, supporting both system configuration and service charge processes while working closely with finance, facilities, and technology stakeholders.

Day rate: DOE

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support and configuration for the Service Charge module within MRI Horizon
• Review, optimise, and maintain service charge system setup
• Act as the bridge between finance users and the MRI Horizon system, translating business requirements into practical system solutions
• Support service charge budgeting, forecasting, and reconciliations
• Troubleshoot system and data issues related to service charge processing and reporting
• Work with internal finance, facilities management, and IT teams to ensure accurate and efficient service charge workflows
• Support testing, data validation, and user queries related to service charge functionality
• Produce clear documentation and provide knowledge transfer where required

Required Experience

• Significant experience with the Service Charge module (essential)
• Proven hands-on experience working with MRI Horizon
• Good understanding of service charge accounting principles and how these are reflected in system configuration
• Experience working in environments where finance processes and systems intersect
• Ability to work independently and deliver outcomes within a short-term contract
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and finance stakeholders
