Summary: The Mosaic Systems Trainer will support a Local Authority in delivering and adopting the Mosaic system across Adults', Children's, and Finance directorates. This role requires extensive knowledge of Mosaic and experience in training users during implementation phases. The trainer will design tailored training materials and conduct sessions to ensure effective user engagement and adoption. The position is hybrid, with remote work for material development and on-site delivery for training sessions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver tailored Mosaic training to users at all levels across Adults, Children's and Finance.
- Create training packs, user guides, quick reference materials and e-learning content.
- Conduct training needs analysis across service areas to inform rollout plans.
- Support a train-the-trainer approach to upskill internal teams post go-live.
- Provide support to UAT / early adopters via walkthroughs, drop-ins and practical guidance.
- Maintain and iterate training content based on feedback and evolving system design.
- Help drive adoption and bring teams on the change journey as new ways of working land.
Key Skills:
- Strong track record delivering Mosaic training as part of an implementation / transformation programme.
- Experience building both classroom and digital learning content (including e-learning).
- Confident translating complex processes into clear, accessible guidance.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation style with a focus on user adoption.
- Public sector / local authority experience.

Panoramic Associates are supporting a Local Authority with their search for an experienced Mosaic Trainer to support the delivery and adoption of Mosaic across Adults', Children's and Finance directorates. This is a specialist interim requirement for someone who knows Mosaic inside and out and has trained users during an implementation, not just in BAU environments.
Key priorities
- Deep, entrenched Mosaic knowledge (hands-on, end-to-end understanding)
- Proven experience delivering Mosaic training across Adults' and Children's services
- Ability to create bespoke training materials aligned to the council's workflows and recording models
- Strong interpersonal / change engagement skills (not 'stand in front of a script' delivery)
