Summary: We are seeking an experienced Mobilisation Project Manager to lead the migration of contracts from the Citrix environment within Oracle to client environments. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth mobilisation of recent bids and requires exceptional stakeholder management skills. The position is hybrid and offers a competitive daily rate. The contract is for a duration of 3 months with potential for extension.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the migration of all contracts and mobilisations from Citrix/Oracle to client environments.
- Engage and manage senior stakeholders.
- Work closely with internal teams and client representatives to meet project timelines and quality standards.
- Identify and resolve challenges proactively, escalating where necessary.
- Maintain consistent contractor rates and contract lengths within budget constraints; ensure transparency in supplier fees.
- Provide regular updates to senior leadership and portfolio heads.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience in mobilization projects within housing, social housing, or facilities management sectors.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to handle senior executives and navigate differing management styles.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Project Delivery: Oversee the migration of all contracts and mobilisations from Citrix/Oracle to client environments.
- Stakeholder Management: Engage and manage senior stakeholders
- Team Coordination: Work closely with internal teams and client representatives to meet project timelines and quality standards.
- Risk & Issue Management: Identify and resolve challenges proactively, escalating where necessary.
- Budget & Compliance: Maintain consistent contractor rates and contract lengths within budget constraints; ensure transparency in supplier fees.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates to senior leadership and portfolio heads.

- Location: Near Stratford - role is remote however ideal candidate can be near Stratford, London to go in the office as and when the project requires
