Key Responsibilities:

• Perform service, maintenance, and breakdown of Comfort DX AC units, including VRVs, VRFs, splits, multi splits, and AHUs.
• Cover designated areas including Reading, Surrey, M3 corridor, and west side home counties.
• Work on a mobile basis, responding to service requests in a timely manner.
• Participate in on-call duties with a standby and call-out compensation structure.
• Utilize a PDA system for job management and reporting.
