Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on electrical systems
- Attend and rectify reactive electrical faults in a timely manner
- Perform fault finding, testing, and inspection across commercial environments
- Ensure compliance with all current electrical regulations and health & safety standards
- Complete all relevant documentation and reports accurately
- Liaise with clients and internal teams to ensure service delivery excellence
- Support with minor mechanical or fabric tasks when required
Key Skills:
- NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds in Electrical Installation or equivalent
- 18th Edition (BS7671 Wiring Regulations)
- Proven experience in a mobile role within commercial environments
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- Full UK Driving Licence
- 2391 Test & Inspection (or equivalent) - desirable
- Experience within FM / building services environments - desirable
- Basic mechanical knowledge (AHUs, FCUs, pumps etc.) - desirable
