I have a contract for a major bank for someone with good support experience in the following':
Need someone who can be mobile corporate phone SME
rollout of corporate devices and Intune-managed devices (iPhones/iPads).
Responsibilities also include but not limited to:
- Movius platform support
- Trader voice support
- Installation/replacement of turrets
- Dealing with communication lines
- Support of MS Teams
- IPC touch turrets
- General sound/headset issues
- Zoom
- Other video conferencing tools
