Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled App Developer to join our growing team. This role involves building and managing a robust app ecosystem to support our wellness and conservation initiatives. As a key player in our tech team, you will develop and publish apps across multiple platforms, ensuring smooth user experiences and integration with backend systems. This is a profit-sharing opportunity, allowing you to benefit directly from the company’s success.

Key Responsibilities:

• App Development: Build and maintain mobile applications using Flutter (framework) and Dart (language).
• Develop backend functionality with Firebase tools, including Firebase Store, Firebase Authentication, Firebase Storage, Firebase Functions, and Firebase Analytics.
• Web Development: Support the creation and maintenance of web-based platforms complementing app functionality.
• Publishing and Maintenance: Manage app submissions to the App Store and Play Store, ensuring compliance with platform guidelines.
• Troubleshoot and implement updates for apps based on user feedback and analytics.
• Collaboration and Documentation: Use Visual Studio Code for app development and GitHub for collaboration and version control.
• Document progress, updates, and issues in Jira for seamless project management.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience in Flutter and Dart for app development.
• Strong understanding of Firebase tools for database, storage, analytics, and authentication.
• Proficiency with Visual Studio Code and GitHub.
• Familiarity with app publishing processes for the App Store and Play Store.
• Experience with web development tools and frameworks.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Strong communication skills for collaboration and reporting.
