Summary: The Mobile AC Engineer role in London requires an experienced and fully qualified engineer to manage servicing, maintenance, and breakdowns of air conditioning systems in commercial properties. The position is based in Kent, with a focus on candidates located around or inside the M25. The role involves both planned maintenance and reactive work, ensuring compliance with health and safety procedures while maintaining accurate documentation. The successful candidate will also participate in an on-call rota and handle emergencies outside normal working hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out planned maintenance and reactive work, including fault finding, testing, repair, and preventative maintenance of various air conditioning systems.
• Ensure compliance with Company & Site Health & Safety procedures.
• Maintain good written and verbal communication skills.
• Keep accurate job records/documentation related to site works.
• Participate in a call-out rota and respond to site emergencies outside normal working hours.
• Complete tasks at height using various access equipment, with training provided.

Key Skills:

• City & Guilds/NVQ in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration.
• FGAS 2079 Cat 1 certification.
• Preferably NVQ Level 2 in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning.
• Minimum 5 years of practical experience in the air conditioning and refrigeration industry.
• Strong background in service, fault finding, and repair.
